What is $LWT?
$LWT (LF Wallet Token) is the BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain that powers the LF Wallet ecosystem: the non-custodial, multi-chain Web3 wallet for Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon and Base. Total supply is fixed at 30,000,000,000 LWT. The official contract address is 0x0c9Eaa616CDdD5b0D94325635b5c611210E513d6. Check it against this page before you add the token to any wallet.

Round 1 Pre-Sale: $1,000,000 at $0.004
Round 1 is a fixed-price issue by application. You don't buy instantly: you apply in one of three categories, the application amount is held from your balance, and each application is then either allotted in full or not allotted. Tokens are offered in lots of $100, which is 25,000 LWT at the $0.004 offer price.
Application categories and allotments
| Category | You apply with | Allotment if successful | Returned on allotment | Allottees reserved | Category total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $100 | 1 lot · 25,000 LWT ($100) | $0 | 3,000 | $300,000 · 75M LWT |
| Preferred | $500 | 5 lots · 125,000 LWT ($500) | $0 | 500 | $250,000 · 62.5M LWT |
| Priority | $1,000 | 5 lots · 125,000 LWT ($500) | $500 | 900 | $450,000 · 112.5M LWT |
| Total | 10,000 lots | 4,400 | $1,000,000 · 250M LWT |
The number of allottees reserved per category is the offering default. The live figure, and how many applications each category has received, is shown on the Pre-Sale page of your dashboard.
Why Priority applies with $1,000 but allots $500
Priority has the largest reserved capacity (900 allottees), and it holds a larger amount to show stronger commitment. A successful Priority application receives the same 5 lots (125,000 LWT, worth $500) as Preferred, and the remaining $500 goes straight back to your balance at allotment. In Round 2, Priority allottees can offer the same amount as Preferred: 90% of the $500 allotment (see the sell option).
Allotment rules
- All-or-nothing. Each application is either allotted in full or not allotted. There are no partial allotments.
- Not guaranteed. Allotment is not guaranteed in any category. Once a category's reserved allotments are used, it is fully allotted.
- One open application per investor.
- Full refund if not allotted. An unsuccessful application has its full amount returned to your balance, which you can reuse in Round 2 or withdraw in the same stablecoin.
- Funds are held, not spent. From the moment you apply until the decision, the application amount is reserved from your available balance.
- No vesting. Allotted LWT unlocks 100% on listing day.
How to apply in Round 1, step by step
- Sign in to the dashboard. Go to lfwallet.app/dashboard and sign in with Google. No wallet connection is required.
- Deposit USDT or USDC. Send it to your personal deposit address on Ethereum, Base, BNB Smart Chain or Solana. It is credited to your balance once the network confirms it.
- Choose a category. On the Pre-Sale page, pick Standard ($100), Preferred ($500) or Priority ($1,000) and the stablecoin to pay with.
- Submit your application. The amount is held from your balance until allotment.
- Get your allotment. Allotted LWT appears under Holdings. Any unused amount returns to your balance automatically.
Only USDT and USDC on the four supported networks are accepted. Sending any other asset, or using the wrong network for an address, can result in loss of funds.
Round 2: $600,000 of new supply plus Round 1 resale
Round 2 opens after Round 1 closes. Anyone can buy directly from their USDT or USDC balance at $0.006 per LWT, from $100 per buy up to $50,000 per account across all Round 2 buys. Round 2 LWT also unlocks 100% on listing day.
Round 2 supply comes from two sources:
- New supply from LF Wallet: $600,000, which is 100,000,000 LWT at $0.006.
- Resale offers from Round 1 allottees: each allottee may offer up to 90% of the value of their Round 1 allotment.
The Round 1 allottee sell option (up to 90%)
If you were allotted in Round 1, the Round 2 page of your dashboard shows a Sell in Round 2 panel. You can offer LWT at the Round 2 price of $0.006, which is 1.5× the Round 1 price.
- Cap: up to 90% of the dollar value of your Round 1 allotment, converted to LWT at the Round 2 price. What you applied with doesn't count, only what you were allotted.
- Once and final: you commit one offer. It cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Locked until close: offered LWT stays locked until Round 2 closes. Everything you don't sell stays in your account.
- Optional: you don't have to sell. If you do nothing, you keep your full allotment.
| Round 1 category | LWT held | 90% of allotment | Max you can offer at $0.006 | You keep at least |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard ($100 allotted) | 25,000 | $90 | 15,000 LWT ($90) | 10,000 LWT |
| Preferred ($500 allotted) | 125,000 | $450 | 75,000 LWT ($450) | 50,000 LWT |
| Priority ($500 allotted) | 125,000 | $450 | 75,000 LWT ($450) | 50,000 LWT |
How Round 2 offers are filled and paid
How much of an offer sells is only known when Round 2 closes. Half of all LWT bought in Round 2 is matched to allottee offers, and the other half comes from new supply. If offers add up to less than their half, new supply covers the gap. Every offer is filled by the same percentage (pro-rata), so small and large offers are treated alike.
Example (illustrative only): Round 2 buyers buy 100,000,000 LWT. Half, 50,000,000 LWT, is matched to offers. If allottees offered 80,000,000 LWT in total, every offer is filled at 62.5%. An allottee who offered 15,000 LWT sells 9,375 LWT and receives $56.25. The other 5,625 LWT unlocks back into their holdings.
Proceeds (LWT sold × $0.006) are credited to your balance as USDT and USDC in the same proportion Round 2 buyers paid with. You can then withdraw them in the same stablecoin. While Round 2 is open, the dashboard shows an estimated fill if the round closed now.
